I've been a repeat customer with Northwoods Auto Techs. In my opinion, the folks there are the most honest and reliable mechanics around. They not only repaired my rear brakes, but addressed the front brake noise, telling me they didn't need work.

Found the people knowledgeable and friendly, the service was quick and the prices fair for the work that needed done. I appreciated the honest assessment of my vehicle's condition and that the repairs were confined to those that were worth fixing for safety reasons. However, the issue I was having with the blower motor was not resolved with the connector repair, and the blower continues to only work intermittently. For this reason I will rate your service at a "9".

Very friendly. I love how you always check the car oveer completly every time and let me know what is wrong. Very easy to make appointments and always when it is easiest for me time wise. Can always stop by and ask questions about my car also.
