This business is competent and knowledgeable plus honest and easy to deal with. Would rate them over a 10+. Thank you to a great business who truly know the meaning of customer service!!
I've been taking my truck here for awhile now, They are very courteous and friendly, they do a good job. When they say the price will be so much they don't go over that price unless they let you know first something has changed.
Always courteous, prompt and work well done.
Very courteous and knowledgeable staff. Recently had a synthetic oil change completed. I appreciate the inspection and fluid top-off that is completed to ensure the vehicle is running properly. If there are issues that need to be addressed, an estimate is provided to fix it.
Did the work cheaper than they quoted me and gave me a head's up on potential problems.
Northwoods auto does excellent work. They go out of their way to be helpful and informative. Working with them is a pleasure...
