The best service I have seen in a long time!! They work with you to find the best possible way to help you and get you on your way as fast as possible. They care, they ask questions, and they follow up with you. An actual phone call versus others that don’t call.

We were very pleased with Northwoods Auto Tech and would highly recommend them to anyone needing service to their vehicle. They were able to solve an issue that two other Automobile Repair Service Shops were not able to discover. The mechanics were very determined to find and fix the problem with our car. The staff is very friendly and helpful and kept us up to date as needed as to what was happening and letting us know the timing of everything they worked on. We were very happy with getting the issue solved!

Simply the best, better than all the rest, as the song goes! Very professional and customer service oriented. Called Roni and explained what I thought was wrong. Made my appointment and was given an estimate on what I had told her. After they checked the car over she called back and explained all they had found. She quotes every bolt and parts that MAY be needed. You get a call back to let you know what the total may be if all she quoted is necessary or a call to let you know it was less. I was given a ride home and picked up again to get my car, which was spotless inside. Ladies can feel confident to go in without a man, they know their stuff and walk you through everything. Will highly recommend them, hopefully I am set for awhile.

Our Escalade

We are new to the area and had been working with another mechanic. We had an instance of noticing a ticking from our traverse and believed it was the timing chain. We were told from the other business that it was normal wear and tear. My husband ended up stranded and the engine ruined because this was incorrect. This is what prompted our switch and I can say I was BLOWN away by Northwoods auto techs. The inspection was so great, it was very nice to have the green yellow red ratings of things. It's nice to have a warning of the yellow issues to prepare it will need fixing in the future. RONI WAS AMAZING!! she was so knowledgeable and polite. We got our car in and fixed in the timely manner and the work was superb!! I have been recommending you guys to everyone. Thanks for all your hard work! It is noticed!!
