The professionalixm at Northwoods is exemplary. I was informed about progress and price every step of the way and my repair was completed as promised. Everything I want in my repair shop. Roni is a very experienced Service Manager and she cares and it shows.

The girls at Northwoods worked to have my recent repairs covered by my extended warranty. The girls learned that previous diagnostics, I paid for, should also be covered. I called to claim the $41.25. When they tried to talk in circles and blame my mechanic. I called them. They always go adove and beyond.
