My car was taken in when promised, serviced as promised and runs great now, But what really blew me away was the honesty and courtesy I received.The price was considerably lower then I was quoted even after I added work while it was in the shop. Their concern and kindness were things I don't ever remember at any other service center. They just found a new "customer for life"

Both our car and van began making "bad" sounds over the weekend. We called Northwoods Auto Tech on Monday morning and they were able to get both vehicles in and repaired within days! We couldn't afford to be without either vehicle during this time and we truly appreciate the prompt response, excellent work and friendly service. Northwoods Auto Tech has been our "go to" vehicle maintenance/repair shop since we moved here 16 years ago and we don't plan to switch!!!!
