My experience at Northwoods Auto Techs was nothing short than outstanding. From. My experience at Northwoods Auto Techs was nothing short than outstanding. From the moment I walked in the door, everyone was very polite, friendly, and extremely professional. Typically, when a vehicle needs service there is always someone trying to sell you more than what you need, at a higher cost, or scare you by giving you a sense that your vehicle is unsafe unless something else is worked on. This was NOT the case here. Everyone was up front, honest, and put any concerns I had at ease. I will be making Northwoods Auto Techs my permanent location for any vehicle work.

As far as I can tell the service techs did a good job repairing my vehicle. I was provided with a detailed bill the matched the original estimation. Overall they were very accommodating. Only drawback was the price.. they seemed to be a bit higher then other mechanics I've used but evened it out by being available.
