I had an electrical problem with my Jeep Cherokee. The interior lights would not. I had an electrical problem with my Jeep Cherokee. The interior lights would not shut off, windows would not open and the doors would not unlock, and this was on a Friday. Not the best time to set up an appointment. But Northwoods got me in right away in the morning and gave me a car to use besides. By the end of the day the repairs were done and I was on my way. The employees are courteous and friendly, the place is clean, and the work done is very good. I would not hesitate to take any of my vehicles to Northwoods.

My experience at Northwoods Auto Techs was nothing short than outstanding. From. My experience at Northwoods Auto Techs was nothing short than outstanding. From the moment I walked in the door, everyone was very polite, friendly, and extremely professional. Typically, when a vehicle needs service there is always someone trying to sell you more than what you need, at a higher cost, or scare you by giving you a sense that your vehicle is unsafe unless something else is worked on. This was NOT the case here. Everyone was up front, honest, and put any concerns I had at ease. I will be making Northwoods Auto Techs my permanent location for any vehicle work.
