Ronnie was very helpful, and she worked to get my sister's car in the shop quickly. The shop did a great job inspecting the vehicle, and they made recommendations that were backed up by explanations. I also appreciate them only charging me for the actual time for diagnostics. Really appreciate the assistance!!

The people at Northwoods Auto got my car in and fixed so I can travel safely. As always, friendly and courteous. Thank you to them for such great service. EVERYONE there is amazing!

We bought a used FJ recently, and shortly thereafter a check engine light came on. We took it to Northwoods, because they’ve been our trusted mechanics for 8 years. We’re always impressed with the work, as well as communicating with Rachel in the office. She is as knowledgeable about the vehicles, as if one were speaking to the actual mechanic. Yup, definitely 5 stars!
