Very friendly and helpful personnel. They explain in detail the service they performed and if they recommend other service and why. They also are willing to explain what is needed immediately for safety and what service could wait for your next visit. They are simply wonderful!

The problem with our truck was difficult to diagnose, due to it acting up intermittently, but Northwoods didn't give up. They found the problem and fixed it. All of their staff were knowledgeable and pleasant to work with.
