Was done b/4 the time was expected, with pandemic it seemed they were intent on keeping everyone safe- always satisfied with their work.

Great job done by the crew, from Roni helping us at the service desk, Paul keeping us informed on progress of our repairs, and the rest of the crew doing a great job on the repairs. The repairs were done on timely manner. Thanks for the loaner, we didn’t use it much but it was nice t to have encase of emergency. A big thank you to Paul for suggesting we contacting my insurance company, it saved me over $8,000. I would recommend Northwoods auto tech to anyone who has auto problems. I just had major maintenance done on my 2012 Honda. This was on steering and suspension (no thanks to our Wisconsin roads). Northwoods Auto Techs did an excellent job, in the scheduled time and they did an exceptional job of keeping the cost reasonable. I will continue to have my vehicles maintained there because I trust there integrity and job skills.
