Thank you for diagnosing and fixing the problem at a reasonable cost and in a reasonable period of time.

I'm really happy with Northwoods Auto Techs since I've been coming hear for the last 2 years now. They do excellent work n Katie does a great job on explaining what has to be done on your vehicle. I even got my daughter coming here to service her vehicle, so just keep up the great work!

All the staff at NAT have always been great and it was no different this time. They keep us up-to-date when servicing needs to be done. They are very knowledgeable about the services that will be performed.

As always, I was totally pleased with the professionalism, courtesy, technical knowledge and skill shown by the employees who provided service to me. They seem to do a pretty thourough job:) decent priced, no complaints there! I do have a inquiry. I think there should be a discount to those constantly returning customers for towing. It was $56 and some change to tow my vehicle just a few blocks.
