Office (Katie) was pleasant and knowledgeable when I called in with my problem Helped set my time to bring vehicle in for repair and recommended a towing firm. While in Rhinelander I had the brakes fail on my vehicle.I had it towed to Northwoods Auto Techs. They were able to start work on it almost immediately and had the repairs completed in a very reasonable time and me back on my way. I am very pleased with the prompt service I received from their knowledgeable, friendly and helpful staff, I would definitely recommend them.

I was very happy with the service. I'm not from the area and my phone did receive calls I could only get text messages. When I sent a email for service I let them know that and Katie was very nice and texted me with an appointment.
