As usual Katie and her crew did an outstanding job.

Outside of the wait for the realignment everything for this repair went very smoothly. The timing of the alignment was basically out of Northwoods hands and I was quite comfortable waiting. All seems well with the truck and hopefully the Canada trip will go well for my husband and his buddies.

All work was done in good order, and the loner car was very good as the work took over 4 hrs. and I was able to atake care of other business in the meantime.

They provide excellent customer service and was in and out in less than an hour!

Very professional, even sent my rebate form for the brakes for me. Will be back and have already recommended Northwoods Auto Techs to several other people.

I arrived 20 minutes early, car went right in and service completed in 30 minute. Couldn't ask for better service. They reminded me my license sticker was out of date which reminded me I had it in our other car. Little details such as that are appreciated.
