From the moment I walked in the door, everyone was very polite, friendly, and extremely professional. Typically, when a vehicle needs service there is always someone trying to sell you more than what you need, at a higher cost, or scare you by giving you a sense that your vehicle is unsafe unless something else is worked on. This was NOT the case here. Everyone was up front, honest, and put any concerns I had at ease. I will be making Northwoods Auto Techs my permanent location for any vehicle work.
