They were able to get our Navigator repaired faster than they had initially thought. They stayed in contact with us through the process and we were able to retrieve our vehicle after hours if need be because of my work schedule. The process to pay online was easy. What they quoted for repairs was accurate. This was our first experience with this repair shop and we would use them again.

Knowledgeable , courteous (always friendly; recommended a tow from a service that came in under 15 minutes, when AAA gave a 2 hr wait), thorough (since the vehicle ran fine the next morning, techs analyzed the potential problems and found a questionable fuel pump waveform that indicates "end of life" which I confirmed with my super reliable, totally trustworthy, hometown tech), cautious (quoted everything meticulously and let me know if there was risk with the estimate). Stayed within the quote and even beat it by $150... and gave a 10% reduction for repair labor for being a AAA member. If I lived in or near Rhinelander, I'd get my vehicle maintenance done here.
