The people at Northwoods Auto Tech are always so friendly and very informative. They tell you the cost up front and keep you informed about any other repairs that are needed at the same time Wouldn’t take my car any place but here

Outstanding. I can't tell you how dedicated the entire staff was to solving my car issues. Their excellent service and fair pricing is second only to their warmth. And, they genuinely listened to me, a woman, who knows very little about vehicles. I'm so relieved to have them here in our hometown. Thank you for making my safety your priority.

When your only mode of transportation is not working properly, it is very stressful. Roni answered the phone right away and took a risk letting me know the cost of a problem they haven't even assessed yet. They got me in the same day and the cost was under what was estimated. They also insured everything was ok by asking I come back after 50-100 miles. Overall the service was excellent and my car is running smoothly once again. Thank you!!!

I brought my Nissan in for a tire sensor problem. Dustin found it was just to reset the sensor and there was no charge. I have been bringing my cars to Northwoods Auto Techs for a long time. Thank you.

Our car went in for a brake problem - they checked it out and it only required minimal work, which saved us money

I had a Mini-Cooper repaired by Northwoods. It was a difficult part to find but tech representative, Roni diligently searched and found it. Thanks to Dustin, the mechanic who repaired our car and returned it in clean condition free of grease. I would highly recommend their repair service to anyone!
